Porsche issues the specification for engine oils A40 for many models such as Carrera, Boxster or Cayman for petrol engines. The fixed change interval is 30,000 kilometres or occurs every two years. Possible viscosity classes for Porsche A40 are SAE 0w40, SAE 5w40 and SAE 5w50.
