Company certificate

The management system of ADDINOL Lube Oil GmbH is certified by independent, internationally recognized bodies. It covers quality management (DIN EN ISO 9001:2015), environmental management (DIN EN ISO 14001:2015), and hygiene requirements for lubricants in sensitive applications (ISO 21469:2006).

The management system covers all areas of the company—from procurement through development and production to sales and administration. It ensures that internal guidelines, legal requirements, and relevant national and international standards are systematically adhered to.

The certifications confirm that ADDINOL applies established processes for quality assurance, the structured organization of operational procedures, and continuous improvement. Customer and partner requirements are regularly incorporated into the further development of the management system.

The environmental management system supports ADDINOL in systematically evaluating environmental aspects and implementing measures to improve its own environmental performance. These include, among other things:

the development of technically advanced products while taking relevant environmental aspects into account,
the efficient use of raw materials,
the systematic control of energy and utility consumption,
and regulated waste and hazardous substance management.

All measures are carried out in accordance with the applicable legal requirements and the certified management systems.

Product certification

Lubricants used in the food and beverage industry are subject to specific hygiene requirements. The products in the ADDINOL FoodProof series are registered under NSF H1. This registration confirms that the products are suitable for applications where minimal, technically unavoidable contact with food cannot be ruled out.

Registration is carried out by the independent organization NSF. The respective product approvals can be viewed in the publicly accessible NSF database.

In addition, selected products are regularly tested according to the requirements of religious dietary laws. Certifications according to Kosher and Halal standards confirm that the products in question are manufactured in accordance with the respective guidelines.
