ADDINOL NatureProof - Environmentally sound and efficient
The conservation of resources, the use of environmentally friendly lubricants in sensitive areas of application and long oil change intervals are the key requirements of our product development in terms of sustainability. We developed biodegradable lubricants under the name ADDINOL NatureProof, especially for applications where lubricants can be released into the ground or waterways in the event of a leak, spillage or even an accident.

Hydraulic oil and more
ADDINOL NatureProof HLP S is based on saturated esters and a zinc-free combination of additives. The high-quality base oils with a naturally high viscosity index ensure stable viscosity-temperature behaviour in a wide temperature range at high shear stability. The technical components are reliably protected against wear and corrosion even under high loads. Thanks to the above-average thermal-oxidative stability, long oil change intervals are achieved. Intruded water is reliably separated. The product is biodegradable and can be used without hesitation in ecologically sensitive areas such as water protection areas and in agriculture, forestry and municipal services.
Gearboxes, axles and hydraulic systems in construction and agricultural machinery are lubricated with UTTO multi-purpose oils. If the machines are used in ecologically sensitive areas, biodegradable lubricating oils are required. With NatureProof UTTO, the ADDINOL NatureProof range offers a suitable product in various viscosities for this area of application. The product has a distinct multi-grade character for year-round use.
The fully synthetic lubricants ADDINOL NatureProof Gear are ideally suited for industrial gears, for example closed gears with circulation and splash lubrication, in ecologically sensitive areas for which gear oils of type CLP with long-term effect are required.
ADDINOL NatureProof Turbine is a lubricant for turbine and gas generator bearings as well as hydraulic controls in hydroelectric power stations. The turbine oils ensure trouble-free operation even in multi-metal systems.
ADDINOL NatureProof TRF was specifically developed as an insulation and cooling fluid for use in medium and high-voltage equipment in ecologically sensitive areas such as water protection areas. The product reliably protects components against corrosion and displays best characteristics at low temperatures.
Although the FoodProof BIO 46 product is not part of the NatureProof range, it combines the properties of the NatureProof range with those of the FoodProof line. The combination of biodegradability and food suitability is in demand, for example, in hydraulic systems in fisheries, in grain drying systems and also in harvesting vehicles.
