NLGI 1 grease from ADDINOL
Our greases consist of selected base oils, high-performance thickener systems and specially matched additives. Depending on the amount of thickener added, greases can be produced in different NLGI classes. Lubricating greases of NLGI class 1 are suitable for a variety of applications, e.g. as multi-purpose greases. In multi-purpose greases, lithium, calcium or lithium-calcium soaps are generally used as thickener.
Typical applications of NLGI 1 greases are:
- Lubrication of rolling and plain bearings in extended operating temperature range
- Suitable for automotive wheel bearings
- Lubrication of sliding points in the area of mixed friction
