Our spray range in a new design

Using high-quality lubricants for heavily loaded gears, couplings or bearings pays off. However, regular maintenance and service work with high-quality products also makes a significant contribution to extending the service life and ensuring a smooth production process. Therefore, ADDINOL not only offers the optimum lubricant for almost every lubrication challenge but also a comprehensive range of service products.

We have now given our extensive spray range a new look, and the new packaging offers a whole range of other advantages for the user in addition to the clear, fresh design:

• easy selection thanks to colour coding of the application areas
• step-by-step instructions for use and advantages of the products
• labelling according to the CLP regulation (classification, labelling and packaging of mixtures and substances) for easy import and use in all European countries
• indication of the UFI code (Unique Formula Identifier) on all labels for the classification of physical and health hazards – mandatory from 1.1.2021
• reduction of the different packaging sizes to 600 ml, 500 ml and 200 ml for more efficiency

In addition, Multifunctional Spray, Creep Oil Spray, Chain Adhesive Spray and Chain Lube XHT Spray are equipped with interchangeable spray heads to facilitate precise application.

In addition to adapting the labels, we have added two new sprays to our range:

TSM 401 Spray with highest temperature stability and pressure absorption capacity for dry lubrication in the following applications:

• forming, punching, cold drawing
• slideways and slides of casting furnaces and moulds
• fittings
• pressure loaded sliding points
• basic and thin film lubrication at high pressures and temperatures
• larger sliding surfaces and hard-to-reach areas such as bore holes, threads and gear rims
• difficult chipless cold forming of metals
• hot screw connections, e.g. on gear wheels, valves, chains or shafts

TSM 401 Spray has excellent emergency running properties, effectively prevents stick-slip effects and reliably protects against corrosion.

ADDIFLON White Spray with excellent corrosion protection, improved sliding properties and outstanding stability against water as a follow-up of ADDIFLON PFPE Fluid, suitable for:

• sliding machine elements made of metal, plastics and ceramics
• highly loaded pressure and guide plates on telescopic booms
• use in food and beverage industry

ADDIFLON White Spray ensures the long service life of friction pairs and machine components, reliably reduces jerk slipping and is very stable to ageing.
