Economical hydraulic oil

ADDINOL HV ECO FLUID 46 has won a comparative test against a competitor product in injection moulding machines at De’Longhi Romania. The test was carried out under identical conditions in machines from Engel Austria. The De’Longhi plant in Jucu, Romania, is the company’s largest factory and produces various devices such as espresso machines or mixers for export all over the world. The injection moulding machines produce important production parts for the machines. In order to optimise this process, two hydraulic oils were tested extensively.

The ADDINOL HV ECO FLUID 46 achieved an energy saving of 7.7% compared to the competition. The optimised additivation of the product generates a stable viscosity index with best friction behaviour even in the temperature limit range. Thus, the injection moulding machines work more efficiently and save energy. The test ran for four weeks. The oil sample of ADDINOL HV ECO FLUID 46 did not contain any wear particles afterwards.
