Dr. Leon Maser

Dr. Leon Maser joined ADDINOL Lube Oil GmbH in 2023 as a product manager and developer. He led the development of the biodegradable lubricants, the ADDINOL NatureProof product range, from conception to market launch. Since 2025, he has been the head of the department with overall responsibility for the research and development of new ADDINOL lubricants. He pays particular attention to the ever-growing tension between sustainability and performance requirements. As a doctor of chemistry, he is particularly interested in the formulation of speciality lubricants, the chemistry of functional components and sustainable approaches to future developments.
