ADDINOL Pin Lube HT 100 is an extremely high temperature stable, fully synthetic lubricant. It provides outstanding usage properties because of its synthetic base components and special additives.
APPLICATION
· Application in high temperature plants, e.g., for the lubrication of chains, bolts, bending and rolling pins at temperatures up to +260°C
· Preferably used for the lubrication of thermally highly loaded friction pairings of chain systems as well as for rolling and sliding elements at press production lines operating continuously,
e.g., production of particle boards and fibreboards:
- particle boards
- MDF (medium-density fibreboards)
- OSB (oriented strand fibreboards)
CHARACTERISTICS
· Highest thermal and oxidative stability
· Extremely low evaporation losses
· Very low tendency to form residues and varnish at friction points
· Optimized compatibility with process chemicals
· Outstanding protection against friction and wear at various loads and sliding speeds, prevents unwanted stick-slip effects (Anti-Stick-Slip)
· Outstanding lubricating, adhesive and penetrating characteristics, very low friction resistance
· Good corrosion protection of steel and non-ferrous metals

· Does not form deposits or sticky and solid residues, minimizes and reduces build-up/fouling due to process residues on friction pads, chains and pins

· Reduces effect of peak loads on mechanically loaded components and decreases slippage and wear
· Reduces spin off or dripping, achieves optimum formation of a stable lubricating film and sufficient lubricating film thickness
· NO demage or discolouration of machine elements, clean surfaces
Preferable application by centralised lubrication systems, dripping oilers, manual or by sump lubrication. Dosage and lubrication intervals depend on chain and plant construction as well as operating conditions.
