ADDINOL TSM 400 Spray is a high-pressure resistant black MoS2-paste serving as initial and assembly paste at extreme loads. The contained solid lubricant MoS2 protects against initial defects and enables best emergency lubricating properties.
Temperature range from -35 °C up to +450 °C (at reduced air access up to approximately +630°C).
APPLICATION
- Particularly suited for pressure loaded sliding points
- Optimal applicability for basic and thin film lubrication at high pressures and temperatures
- Excellent suitability for larger slip places and points which are difficult to reach as drilled holes, threads and gear rims
- Fit for basic lubrication of moving threads (thread spindles), supports, guides and guideways to avoid stick-slip
- Applicable for the force fitting of wheels, shafts, bearings
- Usable for running-in lubrication in the course of assembling, e.g. slide bearings, tooth systems, crank shafts
- Fit for lubrication at problematic dead chipless forming of metals
- Applicable for lubrication of hot screw joints, e.g. tooth wheels, valves, chains, shafts
