Product description

ADDINOL FoodProof XW 32 M is a heat transfer medium based on mineral white oils. The product can be used in sensitive areas such as food, beverage and pharmaceutical industry, animal feed production, cosmetics industry and similar industrial applications.

All ingredients of ADDINOL FoodProof XW 32 M are physiologically harmless and meet the European guidelines, the NSF category H1 as well as the requirements acc. to Kosher and Halal. The ingredients also meet the internationally accepted FDA standards and they are free from allergens acc. to Regulation (EU) No. 1169/2011, annex II.

APPLICATION

• For closed heat transfer fluid circuits without air contact.
• Applicable wherever direct heating is not possible.
• Especially suitable for gentle heating of sensitive or safe heating of hazardous substances in closed systems.
• Can be used for pressureless heating of heat transfer systems in the industrial sector: dry and distillation equipment, calenders, mixers, extruders, spray towers, autoclaves, presses and rollers, etc.

REMARKS !

To avoid oxidative damage to the heat transfer oil, the expansion tank should be charged with an inert gas, usually nitrogen.
At operating temperatures in the range of the flash point (see table on the back), a nitrogen atmosphere is absolutely necessary!
When changing heat transfer fluids, product compatibility must be observed!
Completely remove old product from the system and, if necessary, rinse with fresh product.
