ADDINOL Chain System Cleaner HT is a high temperature lubricant for chains, sliding elements and rolling systems. It is particularly designed for the cleaning of friction partners from their residues during operation. ADDINOL Chain System Cleaner HT is based on surface active, synthetic components and a highly effective cleaning additivation.

Application temperature tested up to +240°C.

APPLICATION

• Temporary application for the lubrication of rolling rods, for dis-solving of incrustation and for removing of contaminations as well as foreign particles from the lube point
• Cleaning of deep hole drillings and low-flow areas
• Application for system cleaning of sliding chains and rails, especially for flushing of clogged oil inlets and oil distributors as well as nozzles
• Excellent suitability before a new filling or for an intermediary oil switching level in sensitive systems
• Outstanding suitability for high temperature lubrication and high temperature cleaning of conveyor technique by loss lubrication systems:
  • Dissolving of cracked oil residues
  • Flushing and removing of contaminations from the system
  • Temporary increase of the lubricant quantity possible to increase the flushing effect
