ADDINOL ANTI-SEIZE PASTE 23 WHITE is a multi-purpose anti-seize paste free of silicone and based on synthetic oil as lubricating fluid and phosphates as solid lubricants forming layers. Due to the formation of thin reaction layers ensuring release and slip properties, a very high effectiveness at iron material is guaranteed. Efficiency at non-ferrous material has to be determined by individual tests.

Temperature range from -60°C up to +250°C.

APPLICATION

·        Preferably applied as lubricant for high-loaded slide and spherical plain bearings, spindles and guides

·        Excellent suitability as manufacturing agent for specific forming processes, e.g. deep-drawing, cold sinking and thread cutting

·        Usable as assembly paste avoiding frictional corrosion on machine parts exposed to vibratory stresses

·        Recommended for sealing of flanges, seals, pump-housing even when exposed to water

·        Suitable for substitution of MoS2 and/or graphitic pastes in cases where dark pastes are not accepted

·       Applied into bearings with grease press or with brush, spatula or cloth on cleaned sliding surfaces
