ADDINOL Addisil FG 23 is a synthetic grease based on silicone oil and PTFE for thickening. This product has a high thermal and chemical resistance and is especially suited for lubrication of valves and fittings. It is suitable for long-term lubrication, even at high temperatures and under aggressive environmental conditions.This special grease is odorless, tasteless, physiologically harmless and fulfill the FDA purity requirements according to guideline 21 CFR 178.3570. It is suitable for use in areas of the food processing industry where an incidental contact of lubricant and food cannot be excluded.

Service temperature: -45°C up to +200°C.

APPLICATION

• Excellent suited for lubrication and sealing of fittings, plug taps, seals, gaskets and membranes in brewery, beverage and pharma-ceutical industry.
• Especially suited for lubrication of rotary distributors and run-in fittings of filling machines in beverage industry.
• Neutral towards beer froth stability and taste of beer.
• Resistant to cold and hot water, steam and disinfectants.
• Excellent plastic and elastomer compatibility, including EPDM, NBR and FPM seals.
