Product description

ADDINOL ADDIFLON PFPE Premium XH 0 PLUS, XH 1 PLUS and XH 2 PLUS are based on synthetic oil, organic polymer as thickener and special additives for long-term and boundary lubrication with high loads and superior corrosion protection.

Application temperature range from -40°C to +260°C for ADDIFLON PFPE Premium XH 0 PLUS or -40°C to +280°C for ADDIFLON PFPE Premium XH 1 PLUS and XH 2 PLUS.

APPLICATION

•    Thermally stressed applications such as plain and anti-friction bearings, rollers of conveyor systems, in drying, painting and curing ovens, in tunnel kiln systems, dry-running compressors
•    low-backlash/backlash-free guideways and linear axes in injection moulding machines, textile industry, medical technology and automation
•    Ball screws and positioning devices for machine tools (CNC, milling and turning machines, boring machines and machining centres)
•    Adjusting drives in the chemical industry

ADDIFLON PFPE Premium XH 0 PLUS: lubrication of precision mechanics in 3D printing machines (rapid prototyping) and robotics, as well as in high-precision measuring systems.
ADDIFLON PFPE Premium XH 1 PLUS: Lubrication of rolling bearings of corrugating rolls in corrugated board plants.
ADDIFLON PFPE Premium XH 2 PLUS: Lubricant for fittings of all kinds, in the rubber and plastics industry as well as for the initial and running-in lubrication of radially split tyre moulds.
