ADDINOL Weave Oil is an ester-based high temperature chain oil for long-term use in the textile industry.

ADDINOL Weave Oil offers high wear protection, good wetting and low friction to permanently lubricate slow to moderate transport chains in tenter frames.

ADDINOL Weave Oil behaves neutrally when exposed to environmental influences, protects the chain system from dusts and removes dirt particles from the system.

Operating temperature range from 80°C to 240°C.

APPLICATION

• ADDINOL Weave Oil is applicable for the lubrication of conveyor, frame and tensioning chains with high loads and speeds

• Highly suited for the lubrication of sliding and roller bearings, rolls and joints as well as stentering frames and hot air dryers

• Highly recommended for the high-temperature lubrication of spinning, coiling, knitting, and weaving machines as well as for finishing of cloth and material (e.g. colouring, printing and drying systems)

• ADDINOL Weave Oil is outstanding recommended for the lubrication at high-temperatures up to +245°C – depending on re-lubrication and lubrication quantity

PLEASE NOTE

The application is preferably carried out by means of centralized lubrication systems, drip oilers, manually or by sump lubrication. The metering quantity and lubrication intervals depend on the chain or unit design as well as the operating conditions.
