ADDINOL Penta-Cool WS 300 is a universally applicable coolant concentrate for grinding operations of all materials. In particular of the processing of carbide metal and carbide metal tools.
This product is free from mineral oil, amines, nitrites and boric acid compounds.
APPLICATION
- Excellent suitability for the grinding of carbide and carbide tools
- Very good for the grinding of ferrous-, copper or aluminium materials
- Applicable for slightly cutting processes for steel and steel alloys
- Stable among hard and soft water (~8°dH to ~50°dH)
PLEASE NOTE
When mixing, add concentrate under constant agitation to the water, never vice versa!
OPERATION CONCENTRATION
Depending on application:
- > 6.0% concentrate for grinding processes
SHELF LIFE AND TRANSPORT OF CONCENTRATE
Can be used at room temperature in closed containers up to 12 months after the production date. Transport and store frost-free!
