Product description

ADDINOL ECO GREASE PD 2-400 PLUS is a high-performance lubricating grease with a very high shear stability and an effective wear protection based on an especially developed additivation (Surftec®-technology).

ADDINOL ECO GREASE PD 2-400 PLUS is based on a synthetic oil mixture and the thickener is a lithium complex soap.

The grease is easily pumpable by central lubrication systems.

Temperature range from -40°C up to +160°C (short term temperature peak up to 180°C – depending on relubrication and amount of lubricant)

APPLICATION

• Excellent suitability for the long-term lubrication of roller and sliding bearings, highly loaded gear boxes and all sliding pairings under extreme conditions prone to wear.
• Mainly used for the lubrication of highly loaded roller and sliding bearings with high up to extreme and/or impact loads, vibrations and changing temperatures.
• Optimum usage in main and generator bearings in wind turbines, shock loaded gear boxes, for bearings on infeed rollers (steel rolling mill), for support surfaces (newspaper printing machines), wood shaping machines, robots and many more.
