Product description
ADDINOL CLIPTEC XHS 485 FG is a fully synthetic high-performance lubricant based on ester. Due to its high thermal stability the ADDINOL CLIPTEC XHS 485 FG impresses by its high ageing and oxidation stability. Due to the excellent additive combination less, residues are formed.
The performance enhancing additive contains an effective wear and corrosion protection. This increases the wetting and lubricating effect and leads to more efficient operation. Friction is reduced. Oxidation inhibitors that prevent ageing and evaporation are used to maintain the lubricating film.
It permanently and permanently prevents solid incrustations and deposits even at the highest temperatures.
All components are physiologically harmless. Vegetable basis, free of genetically manipulated substances, free of MOSH/MOAH.

DESCRIPTION OF USE
• Loss lubrication in film stretching machines
• For lubrication of the friction surfaces between sliding shoes or rollers and rail
• For lubrication in chain links and pins as well as in joints on tensioning clips
• Suitable for temperature peaks at the friction contacts up to +260°C, depending on relubrication and lubrication quantity.
• Very good wetting and adhesion even with minimized lubricant application
• Compensates for slight fluctuations in chain tension, lubricant film and loads
• In case of heavy soiling follow OEM recommendations for the application of ADDINOL Chain System Cleaner HT!
• Especially developed for the use in production plants for the manufacture of food packaging where indirect contact with food cannot be avoided.
