Product description
ADDINOL Cliptec XHS 150 HT is a fully synthetic high-performance lubricant based on a mixture of high-grade oxidation stable base oils with outstanding thermal stability.
ADDINOL Cliptec XHS 150 HT possess an excellent additivation to guarantee very good lubrication effects, good wettability, low friction, out-standing ageing stability and best corrosion as well as wear protection.
APPLICATION
- ADDINOL Cliptec XHS 150 HT is a high-temperature resistant lubricant, especially developed for the lubrication of conveyor belts and clips
- ADDINOL Cliptec XHS 150 HT is developed for further high-temperature applications, e.g. for working with non-ferrous metals and plastics as well as at difficult operating conditions
- ADDINOL Cliptec XHS 150 HT has an outstanding suitability for high-temperature applications in kilns, dryers, presses and other devices for the lubrication of conveyor belts, chains and rolls at temperatures up to +250°C (temperature depends on relubrication and lubricant quantity)
CHARACTERISTICS
- Highest thermal and oxidative stability
- Very low tendency to form residues and varnishes at friction points; prevents solid incrustations and deposits efficiently and permanently
- Extremely low evaporation loss
- Outstanding protection against friction and wear at various loads and sliding speeds
- Works against unwanted stick-slip characteristics
- Outstanding lubricating, adhesive and penetrating characteristics, very low friction resistance
- Very good corrosion protection of steel and non-ferrous metals
ADVANTAGES AND BENEFITS
- Applicable at medium to high temperatures
- Does not form deposits or sticky and solid residues
- Cost saving by reduction of oil consumption
- Lowering of wear and energy consumption
- Ensures anti-stick-slip sliding both under full and minimum load
- Minimised throwing or dripping off; achieves an optimal adhesion of lubricant and a sufficient lubricating film thickness
- Excellent protection of the material surfaces against environmental impacts
