ADDINOL Cliptec-Rollprotect XHS 240 is a fully synthetic high-performance lubricant based on high-quality oxidation resistant synthetic components with outstanding thermal stability.
ADDINOL Cliptec-Rollprotect XHS 240 possesses an excellent additivation to guarantee high wear protection, very good wettability as well as lubricating effects, low friction, outstanding ageing stability and best corrosion protection.
APPLICATION
- ADDINOL Cliptec-Rollprotect XHS 240 is particularly recommendable for the lubrication of chains, clips and rolls
- ADDINOL Cliptec-Rollprotect XHS 240 is suitable in BO systems (biaxial oriented stretching lines) for the manufacturing of films, especially for PP, PET, PA, PE, PLA, PVC, COC, TAC
- ADDINOL Cliptec-Rollprotect XHS 240 is highly suited for high-temperature applications of roll chains and rolls at temperatures up to +250°C (temperature depends on relubrication and lubricant quantity)
- General application in circulating systems with high temperature laods or with major temperature differences
- Further applications are precision control and switch elements exposed to high thermal loads
